Great service and great working through the issue to devise a gameplan and help me get my dishwasher replaced. I started off with a dishwasher that broke down and researched a few appliances. But working with the installer we found a better solution at the right price point- and I'm super thankful Woodland Appliance explained the pros and cons, many of which lined up with my own research. My refrigerator/freezer produced excessive ice causing the causing to make a strange and loud noise. I thought the fan/motor was damaged. With the help of a friend, we removed the fan/motor and order a replacement. Well! I ordered the wrong part. My refrigerator/freezer was off for about one and half month. In the morning of Friday, May 2, 2021, I surfed the web and called the Woodland Appliance Repair. My request was promptly addressed. A couple of hours later, a technician arrived at my house. He was very courteous and particularly knowledgeable about his job. He listened to me, checked the refrigerator/freezer, and quickly determined that the part I purchased was the wrong part. How much is the service call?
It’s $69 to come out and diagnose — and waived entirely when you go ahead with the repair.
Can you come today?
Usually, yes. Call early in the day and we can typically schedule a same-day visit in most of our service area.
What does the warranty cover?
Parts and labor on the repair we performed, for 90 days. If the same problem comes back, so do we — at no charge.
Do you charge more for evenings or weekends?
No. Same price any day we’re open.
Do you repair commercial equipment?
Yes — walk-in coolers, reach-ins, ice machines, commercial laundry and kitchen equipment for restaurants, offices and stores.
Do you do heating and AC?
Yes. AC, furnace, heat pump and thermostat repair, plus new system installs — by licensed, insured, EPA 608 certified technicians.
